We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 without parental consent. If this happened by mistake, email us and we’ll delete it.

Google (Drive, Firebase, Gemini, Analytics, Maps, Cloud): storage, analytics, and app functionality (IP anonymized)
Wix: securely hosts our website
HubSpot: CRM and marketing, fully GDPR-compliant

We have agreements in place to make sure your data stays safe.

Automated Decisions

Our app may personalize routes automatically, but these decisions are tested, safe, and never have legal consequences. You can opt out — just email privacy@touchpulse.nl.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Account info: until you delete your account
Billing data: 7 years (required by law)
Analytics data: 2 years
Support messages: 1 year after last contact

Your Rights

You are in control of your data. You can:

Get a copy of your data
Ask us to correct or delete it
Object to certain processing
Withdraw consent at any time
Ask us to send your data to you or another provider

Send requests to privacy@touchpulse.nl. We may ask for ID (with BSN, MRZ, and photo blacked out).
