Touchpulse's Guide to Tiera: Checkpoints

Welcome to Touchpulse’s Guide to Tiera. In this guide, we’ll walk you through Tiera step by step, showing you how to use it to navigate safely and confidently to your destination.


Today's edition: how to use Checkpoints?

When you activate Checkpoints, Tiera can access your camera and determine where you are and if you're heading in the right direction.

Activate Checkpoints by clicking on the blue camera button on the right of the screen. From here, you can 'Call Tiera to explain' Checkpoints, or tap 'Start Checkpoints'.

Hold your phone up as if taking a video. You'll hear Tiera give you directions to turn. It will let you know if you are heading in the right direction or not.

Customise Checkpoints


You can customise Checkpoints in your Settings. Inside Settings, go to Checkpoints, and you decide where your next Checkpoint happens - near the next turn, within the next 10 metres, or in a more adaptive way that adjusts to your route.


You can also choose when Checkpoints activate. At the start of your journey, if you go off-route, near the end, or whenever your phone. is held vertically.


You can enable Checkpoints at any time during navigation.
